A: Either one. You can use online forms OR forms you received in the mail.
Q: I did not get the discount rate when I called to the Hotel, what happened?
A: You must speak to the front desk person and ask for the Gates Family Reunion (GFR) discount rate, which is $139 per night plus taxes. Do NOT make your reservations using the automated system.
